PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Regal and Rebel products available for purchase online include ready to wear clothing, jewelry, and accessories. All products are subject to availability; ready to wear clothing, jewelry, and accessories, if in stock, will be delivered between 7 to 14 days, if not in stock, please allow between 14 to 28 days for delivery. Regal and Rebel reserves the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers of sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

PRICING + PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. SHIPPING: DOMESTIC US + CANADA
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All shipments within the domestic US and Canada are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method [i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground]. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Regal and Rebel cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Regal and Rebel wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to the merchant directly [* see exceptions] within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange, minus the original or return shipping charges, when accompanied with original sales receipt. We do not refund original, or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Full priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a returned COD, it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper
Please include a copy of your receipt inside the package. Regal and Rebel is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Regal and Rebel's sole discretion.

EXCEPTIONS
We do not accept returns on bathing suits, jewelry, or accessories. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

All sale merchandise is final and there will be no returns

For cancellations, refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
